HOLD POLICY

​48-Hour Hold: We will hold any item for 48 hours without a deposit.

​Extended Hold: A 50% deposit is required to hold items for an additional 7 days.

​Expiration: If not paid/collected within the hold period, items are restocked and the order is canceled.

​RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

​Returns: Due to the intimate nature of dancewear, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

​Issues: If you have a specific issue or need a repair, contact us via WhatsApp or Email.

​Cancellations: Orders process automatically. To request a change, email your order number in the "Subject Title" immediately.
